Amenity Use Update

We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that the new code to the Lakehouse is 5021. The codes to the pool and gym are (Gym: 1500, Pool: 513). As a reminder, due to health and safety concerns, the SPA temperature will be set to 100-101 degrees during operational hours. The spot heater shuts off at 10pm and preheating will begin at 6am. There is no SPA use before 8am.

Lakehouse and Gym are open for Reservations only at this time. The LWE I Board of Directors has called a Special Meeting today 05/27/2021 to discuss and vote whether to open the Lakehouse for general use as of June 1st, and is yet to be determined. The doors will have an advisory notice of masks and social distancing "recommended". Management will send a communication to all Owners once we have been made aware of Lakehouse General Use availability and date.

We will advise on outcome once it has been made available to us. Please contact us should you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter, we are happy to answer any questions the Owners may have.
