It is the obligation that each Homeowner in our Community is adhering to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (DCC&R’s), set forth in Lewisville Waters Edge II Condominium Association, Inc. documents. Our community is striving to continue to be a beautiful place in which to reside harmoniously with our neighbors. We are all bound to conform to the Articles of our Covenants.

We would like to remind the homeowners of a couple of community guidelines:

Pets must only use designated areas to relieve themselves. Owners are responsible for the removal of pet’s wastes from the property.
Note: The Board of Directors may levy a fine against a Unit and its Owner each time feces or urine are discovered on the Common Elements and attributed to animal in the custody of such Owner.
Remember to use only your assigned parking spaces (2).
Please remember to use the proper spaces for storage as any improper storage is liable to violation and fines.
No inoperable vehicles or trailers are allowed on premises (subject to violations and fines).
Any violation(s) received will have a window of 48 hours to bring into compliance or be subject to fines.

We would also like to note to that the gate entrance keypad code will change effective July 1st, 2021 to #0721 and will change on a quarterly basis. We thank you for your effort and in abiding to our Rules and Regulations.

If you have not already registered to your Association’s website, please consider doing so today. Once you are registered, you will have access to various resources and benefits such as; viewing your account, making payments, accessing community documents and you will be able to submit questions or concerns via our web submission tool and can reach all of our departments (Compliance, Maintenance, Billing, ACC, General Questions, etc.). We monitor on a daily basis for fast response and resolution.
