Roof Repair

Several buildings within the property have experienced wind/hail damage to the roofs & exterior of certain buildings. Essex Management, under the guidance of the Board has filed an insurance claim and are in the final stages of the claim process. Roof repairs and/or replacement are scheduled to commence first week of April, weather permitting, between the hours of 7:00a.m.-7:00p.m. Work is expected to last approximately one week.

The following buildings were affected: 420, 428, & 436 Waters Edge Dr, 420 Waterscape Dr.

Please ensure pet(s) and personal item(s) are removed and stored securely away. Roof vendor may require periodic access to homeowners’ backyards to clean debris, please ensure gates are unlocked during scheduled work timeframe.
