LWE II Roof Repairs

Four buildings within the property have experienced wind/hail damage to the roofs & exterior. Roof repairs are scheduled to commence Monday, April 3rd, 2023, weather permitting, between the hours of 7:00a.m.-7:00p.m.

The following buildings were affected: 420, 428, & 436 Waters Edge Dr, 420 Waterscape Dr.

Re-Roof schedule is as follows:

Monday 04/03: Building 12 - 420 Waterscape Dr.
Tuesday 04/04: Building 6 – 436 Waters Edge Dr.
Wednesday 04/05: Building 5 – 428 Waters Edge Dr.
Thursday 04/06: Building 4 – 420 Waters Edge Dr.

Re-Roof work is expected to last approximately one week. The contractor will be out the week of April 10th-14th to power wash & stain 12 overhead garage doors.

**During scheduled work timeframe, please ensure to do the following: Pet(s) and personal item(s) removed and stored securely away. Roof vendor may require periodic access to homeowners’ backyards to clean debris, please ensure gates are unlocked. Do not park in driveway. It is recommended homeowners park vehicles in visitor parking away from the building. Note: Contractor will inspect individual attics post re-roof & will communicate with the homeowner to coordinate access.
