LWE II Roof & Exterior Repair Update

Roof replacement on 4 buildings is complete. Gutter/downspout replacement on buildings 12 and 6 are completed. Gutter/downspout replacement for buildings 5 and 6 are being completed today, Monday 04/10.

Schedule for remaining work is as follows:

Tuesday 4/11: Power wash and stain garage doors 4 buildings (420, 428, & 436 Waters Edge Dr, 420 Waterscape Dr.)

*Please do not park in your garage or driveway. It is recommended homeowners park vehicles in visitor parking away from the building. Garage doors will need to remain closed to prevent damage during repairs. Please ensure pet(s) and personal item(s) are removed and stored securely away. Note: Contractor will inspect individual attics post re-roof & will communicate with the homeowner to coordinate access.
