Assessment Decrease/ Special Assessment

The Board of Directors, in an open meeting held on May 15, 2023, reviewed all estimated budget expenses for 2023 and unanimously voted to decrease the regular monthly assessments.

The Board of Directors approved a decrease effective June 1, 2023. The Regular Monthly Assessments will decrease from $380.25 monthly to $220.00 monthly. Payments for your Regular Monthly Assessment will be due by the 10th of every month. Additionally, a $400.00 one-time Special Assessment was approved effective July 1, 2023, with total due by or before 12/31/2023.
