As the Managing Agent for Lewisville Waters Edge II Condominium Owners Association Inc., we want to inform homeowners that since Sunday, October 1st there have been two green canoes lying next to the Lakehouse on the common area. Water’s Edge I and II are requesting the owner of the canoes to please remove them as soon as possible. There are designated areas assigned for kayak/canoe storage, and they are first come first serve basis. If you would like to inquire about available storage spaces, please contact Management.

We would also like to take this opportunity to inform residents that your community has now commenced text campaigns for communication of events. Text and email communications are optional, and homeowners may opt-in to both methods by visiting your community website, log-in as a homeowner and select edit profile. Note, valid cell phone number required.
