Notice - Policy Amendments

We trust this message finds you well. As the Managing Agent for the Lewisville Waters Edge II Condominium Owner’s Association, Inc., we would like to inform you about the recent ratification of amended policies.

The changes are as follows:
Second Amended Declaration:

    o This second amended Declaration’s only amendment is to Section 17.01., Notice to Mortgagees, to extend the time for notice under 17.01(a), that any notice of any proposed action which requires the consent of Mortgagees, which notice shall be given not less than Sixty (60) days prior to the desired effective date of such action. This change is from thirty (30) days to sixty (60) days. All other provisions of the First Amended Declaration of Lewisville Water’s Edge II Condominiums remain unchanged.
    Adopt or amend State Mandated Policies
    o Amend - Collections/ Payment Plan Policy (2023)
     From 30 –> 60 days
    o Amend - Enforcement & Fine Policy (2023)
     Maximum Number of Days Required for Notice to Owner 14-days. Setting Fine Table with Escalating Fine Schedule
    o Adopt Security Measures Policy
