Proper Trash Dumping

We would like to remind everyone that the trash dumpsters for Lewisville Waters Edge I are located on Waters Edge Drive and are designated exclusively for use by their residents. As residents of Lewisville Waters Edge II, Please ensure that all trash is disposed of in your designated trash carts or placed on the curb for regular pickup. Using the dumpsters for Waters Edge I is not permitted and can create unnecessary challenges for both communities.

Trash Pickup Details:

- For Homeowners with Trash Carts: Trash is picked up every Thursday by Republic Trash.
- For Homeowners awaiting Trash Carts: If you have not yet received your trash carts, trash may be placed on the curb in securely tied bags for pickup every Tuesday morning.
- The Association is very close to closing out the Republic trash receptacle issue, we appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.

Additionally, the Association would like to inform owners of recent vandalism and/or theft occurring throughout the property. Please remember to close your garages, and don’t leave your garage door open unattended.
