Temporary Pool Closure

We hope this message finds you well. Per the Amenity Center Agreement between Lewisville Water’s Edge II COA (LWEII) and Lewisville Waters Edge I COA (LWEI), please be advised that the LWEI Board of Directors has informed us that necessary pool repairs will be commencing shortly.

As a result, Sunday, June 8, 2025, will be the last day the pool will be available for use.

The following is the tentative repair schedule provided by the LWEI Board:

• June 9th - Draining of pool
• June 10 - Skimmer replacements begin
• Pool replastering – To begin after skimmer replacement is complete

This closure is part of a proactive effort to maintain the safety and integrity of the shared amenity. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time.
