  • Gate Code Update

    We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that the Lewisville Water’s Edge I Board of Directors have been discussing the idea of changing the gate codes less frequently to help alleviate any confusion. The current gate code of #0721 will remain the same for the remainder of this year. Beginning January 1st, the gate code will be changed twice per year – in January and July. When the gate code changes, you will receive an email from either SAM or a Board Member.

  • Pool Hours Reminder

    We would like to remind the homeowners that the pool is closed from 10:00p.m. to 8:00a.m. daily. We have had reports of residents using the pool area during this time period, outside of normal pool operating hours. As a reminder, due to health and safety concerns, the SPA temperature will be set to 100-101 degrees during operational hours. The spot heater shuts off at 10:00pm and preheating will begin at 6:00am. There is no SPA use before 8am. Click Full Story for more information.

  • Common Area/Lot Maintenance

    We want to communicate to you that with the recent above normal rainfall we have received through out the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex, our landscaping vendor(s) are working as diligently as possible to keep everything under control. The landscaping vendor (s) are mowing as much as they can without causing damage to the turf areas/common areas. The landscaping teams have serviced numerous Essex Management properties, only to be rained out once again. Our vendor (s) understand this weekend is a holiday weekend and they are trying to do all they can to get your community serviced and looking good for Memorial Day. We are aware of all the troubled areas that need attention and we WILL get it fixed and serviced weather permitting as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience in this matter.
